Don't go here. They'll get your order wrong or not give you everything you ordered. Go to any other taco bell but here. My food was cold
I ordered online accidentally to a different store and the manager at the Plymouth Ave location (Matthew) called the store I ordered the food originally to and had my order canceled and had it remade for me at his store. He was very helpful, pleasant and friendly and fixed a very confusing and annoying situation quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I come to this location frequently and will continue to thanks to Matthew and his kindness.
Listen. I have never written a Google review for a fast food restaurant in my life. So when I tell you this is the hands down best Taco Bell to go to, It was worth a Google review. This is the only Taco Bell I go to because the other one at the other end of Plymouth avenue Fall River stinks. The food is always thrown together, it's never fresh or hot, and one part of the burrito has all of the beans and the other side has all of the sour cream. It's a sloppy messThis Taco Bell always has fresh and hot food, friendly staff, and the food is always prepared to perfection making sure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. The crunchwrap Supremes? 10 out of 10 perfect hexagon. Not a flap out of place.I don't go here much but when I am craving my Taco Bell I only come here.
Pulled into the lot. A special needs (it seemed) teenager runs in front of us with a stolen grocery cart and launched it across the lot. He, his mom (who was an employee) and presummed sibling sat in the parking lot talking/bickering. We were picking up an online order. My boyfriend went in to pick up the order, and I was sitting in the car for 15 minutes. I watched 4 customers go in to pick up food and come back out a minute later to wait in their cars, probably to get away from the strange family interaction going on in front of them. My boyfriend came out, and he said a guy who had placed an online order an hour ago was still waiting, so we ran a quick errand down the street. Not a single car in the drive-thru lane. Came back, I went in. There was a YOUNG girl wearing a Taco Bell hat, but she didn't work there, she was the sibling from earlier, but she was manning the register!Still waited another 5 minutes. Everyone has a personal life, but property theft and child labor makes a person wonder what the hell is going on over there. Go to the other one. That was a concerning experience.I took pictures of the child behind the counter, but I won't post it for obvious reasons.
