Contribuisci feedbackThis is now my 5th bad experience here. You would think I would have already learned my lesson. Waited 30 min for a smoothie and a wrap. Smoothie was supposed to have greens, ginger, pineapple and banana. Took a sip and it was basically just a lot of ginger and spinach and awful. I ordered the Hummus wrap as it’s suitable for vegetarians… they put chicken in it so I could not eat it. It also had no hummus, or rice and beans. I also ordered a corn salad and it wasn’t in the bag. So I spent $15.70 on my order, left $2.36 (15% tip- total $18.06 for garbage and missing food. This is my first ever google review, but damn customer service is just beyond frustrating especially being a person who always tips!
I came here for the first time and orders to go. I went to go pay for my meal and the person taking my order wants me to tip like I have too. They told me to press the green button even though I don’t even want to tip. I pressed the red button to skip it something the employee didn’t want to tell me so they can scam me out of a tip. Who’s ever in charge of this restaurant needs to deal with this because this can’t be the first time they tried to scam people and maybe even deduct all the money they stole away from the people out of their pay checks.Sincerely-Tomas smith
Ordered one smoothie to go. The guy who took my order looked so miserable. Didn't say anything besides grunts after I ordered. Then proceeded to tell me how to select a tip. Then I waited 12 minutes for my smoothie.
Took a out 45 mins to make a breakfast wrap and smoothie, breakfast warp has powdered eggs... With the consistency of mashed potatoes gross ?. The smooth was pretty mediocre not very flavor full, seems like they use too much ice to save money.
The girl opened my sandwich 4 times to look at it. It took over 45 minutes to get my order snd it was very expensive. She was doing surgery on my Flatbread.
