Main Street Cafe - Fallbrook

I visited this restaurant for lunch with friends who live in Fallbrook. We sat at a table on the back terrace, which had a lovely atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, treating my friends like family, which added to the charm of the place. It's easy to see why this spot is a local favorite. I ordered the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger with regular fries, and it was fantastic. My friends opted for sweet potato fries, which looked great too. We also noticed some tempting slices of cake and pastries in the display case. Overall, the food was excellent!

I absolutely adore this restaurant and this city! The atmosphere is incredibly warm; everyone is friendly and makes you feel like a valued member of the community. The food is simply delightful, and while we chose to dine indoors, I highly recommend sitting outside if you get the chance—the view from the hill is stunning. Thank you to the staff for the fantastic service! I will certainly recommend this amazing family-run establishment to others.

A great spot for breakfast! The service and food were exceptional today. The entire waiting staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and we've decided it’s our new favorite breakfast place!

I enjoyed the breakfast and the service, but I highly recommend that the owner should put some large plants / bushes on the walkway to put a bit of privacy. It's bad enough to smell the gas mucosa. It distorts the taste and smell of food. Green would be more pleasant to the eye. Thank you.

Nice friendly staff and good food, but not good if you don’t appreciate the bill shoved in your face, just seconds after taking your first bite…. Or your plate snatched from under you, while you’re raising the fork to your mouth, still eating… some of the syrup from my pancake dripped off my fork on to the table, the plate was snatched that fast. Along with my silverware that I was still using! Not good. Not if you want your customers to get indigestion and then not come back.
