Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I truly hate going to chain places. I walked into this Dairy queen, no one in line, so i figured I would be in an out. I stood at the register for a few minutes. One kid working there passed the register and me and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there and then he walked across to the attached gas station. I figured ok he’s on break. I waited, I saw there were 3 other ladies there and they had seen me. No one came to the register. They were only working the drive thru. So I a bit annoyed but was trying to be patient. Then the same kid that passed me, came back and still ignored me at the register and went to the back to the other ladies. So I left. I prefer spending my money at small businesses because sadly places that are chains, customer service is not a priority. I have no desire to go back.

When you order a oreo blizzard and get oreo, brownie and cookie in the blizzard all at the same time just provides evidence that they don't clean a darn thing. Pathetic, both Martinsburg dqs are like this Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
