Dunkin' - Falling Waters

MY WIFE WENT TO THIS LOCATION TO GRAB SOME COFFEE FOR HER AND MY DAUGHTER. THEY USED DRIVE THRU .. MY WIFE IS ON CRUTCHES . OUR LITTLE DOG WAS BARKING AND THE EMPLOYEE TOLD HER TO PARK CAR AND COME INSIDE SINCE DOG IS BARKING !! ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES FING RETARDED?? WHO WOULD ALLOW AN EMPLOYEE TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER THIS WAY ?? I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THIS MUCH FURTHER WITH YOUR COMPANY !!!!

I tried to order pup cups for my dogs (which I have done at multiple other Dunkin’ Donut locations) and was told they do not provide pup cups. Therefore, I offered to pay for two cups of whipped cream, the manager refused to sell them to me.

Stop there one time shouldn't stop there. The second probably with the worst dunkin' donuts around

This is the only dunkin that ever gets my coffee order right, customer service is fast and people are friendly. The establishment is clean and welcoming. Only complain is whenever I order and pay for a side of avocado they never put it in my bag. I'd still go here over the spring mills location any day.

The place is always clean and the staff are very friendly. The new girl Kalani is the perfect Barista ?
