Contribuisci feedbackThe staff appeared to be more focused on chatting amongst themselves in Spanish while preparing the order, rather than providing proper attention. The burrito was lacking three ingredients and was not satisfactory.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Everyone was very rude and rushed me to place my order even though there was no line. They blamed me for a mistake and didn't even apologize for it. When I spoke to the manager to try and fix the problem, he was also very rude and even threw the blame back on me. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience.
There were no instructions for online ordering, so I had to order from the mobile app. Unfortunately, I received ingredients that I didn't select due to allergies. It seems like they are not concerned about allergies here.
They don't deserve stars. grilled chicken was hard as a rock, burned and we couldn't eat it. they do not care about the customers and the food they prepare. bad management and the only thing they care about in these restaurants is money.
Save your money time!! I stopped to get a chicken bowl and the chicken was extremely hard, old and cold!!! I don’t understand why because they just had open for the day. So everything should’ve been fresh. The chicken bowl was so disgusting to the point I could’ve even eat it. I’m highly upset I spent my money and this is what I get. I tried calling to speak with the manager and of course, they don't answer the phone. Poor customer service.
