Domino's Pizza - Falls Church

Very rude staff especially the chef and peddler, it's just awful, they work without a mask and without a glove????

Staff are always friendly. Every time I go there Jason greets me with a smile. He is professional and well spoken. He suggested I try the spinach feta pizza and it definitely hit the spot. All the staff are friendly and hard working. I was told they were under new management, with Jerry as their new manager. I think a lot of previous reviews were under a different manager because this new manager definitely seems to be running the store better then previous managers. Pizza always comes out perfect and I've never had any complaints from my friends.

My Family loves domino's that the only pizza we order until last night. I placed an order for my family for dinner. The total was $27.77 I paid with my cash app card. The pizza gets here my kids and I got the pizza and soda speak to the man and he asks for a tip I say NO TIP (I didn't have it to give) and tell me son to close the door. I thought everything was over and done with the next morning I wake up to a text message from cash app saying Domino's UPDATED my payment from $27.77 to $31.77. The driver went back to work and charged my card for a 4 dollar tip. I called this morning and Jason tells me that they refunded my money back nah my money should have been stolen off my card in the first place on Patrick Henry Drive Falls Church THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Used to order from this location pretty often. Food will regularly be delivered 20+ minutes out of the oven and take another 30-40 mins on a good night. Food arrived over 45 minutes late today and cold, so I messaged their customer support only to be told tough. They offered free food to make up for it, but it wasn't taken because given the track record of this place, it'd end up the same way.

EDIT, June 30 2021: AVOID THIS LOCATION. My rating in August 2020 was five stars. I had to change it to one star because the way I was treated was appalling. My pizza was without sauce (did not request no sauce) When I called the store to let them know, the pizza maker Ahmed was very confrontational, insisting that no sauce was on the order. He said he will make another one for us to pickup tomorrow. I am disabled as is my aunt. We do not drive. I told him we are unable to get to the store. He kept on saying that we need to pick up the pizza. I kept insisting on speaking to the person in charge. Another man came on the phone. I asked if he is the shift supervisor. He said yes. I asked for his name. He said Deese. When he offered his last name I said I?d like to have that and he said Nuts, then hung up. Absolutely disgusting behavior, I was aghast and angry. There is nothing that would make me order from this location ever again, let alone Domino?s. We will go back to ordering from local pizza shops. Once again, AVOID THIS LOCATION. ORIGINIAL REVIEW, AUGUST 2020: Way better than the Lee Hwy location in Arlington. Always pleasant when I do carryout. I?m not sure if he still works at this location but Shakib has such an affable demeanor even when it?s busy and hectic. He happily greets customers every time. Nearly all my orders have been well made. There was one issue with one of the delivery drivers (unprofessional, rude) but I do not think he works there anymore. Other than that my delivery experiences have been great.
