One staff I dealt with flaky, she was not listening to instructions, I gave her when I asked to make me just one copy. When I talked to her about another issue she was loud and not listening. The hotel room is lacking services at the cafe and restaurants, particularly, the bar which opens 3-4 days as couldn't find staff to work on weekends. Overall I am not impressed and wouldn't recommend this location
Loved this hotel. The location is great. Great parking. Great pool and hot tub. The food at the restaurant was really good. All the employees from the restaurant to the front desk to the building engineer, everyone we came in contact with was great. Only two complaints. No guide on the tv and couldn’t find an accurate one online so you have to scroll individually through each and try to figure out what’s on or when something is starting which is pretty frustrating. Second, breakfast is not included and it’s kinda an expensive hotel to not include breakfast. We paid $10 each for the cold continental breakfast which was definitely not worth it, so either order hot breakfast or go somewhere else. Overall great experience!!!!!
What a ripoff!! Unfortunately, was in the area for a funeral. Called to make reservation and was charged $500 for 2 nights for a two queen bed room. We arrived tonight and were told if we want breakfast, we have to pay for it, if we want housekeeping, we have to pay for it. And to top it off, I check the website and it’s $168 a night with breakfast!! Are they purposely taking advantage of our desperate situation. Also, we were told our reservation was no refundable or we’d be staying somewhere else tomorrow night.
If you are in need of a room with handicapped accecsabitities, you will probably have to wait for over an hour for them to figure out how to get an available room with the handicapped needs. The person that helped us really wanted to help us, but all the rooms were taken. He then called a person who was in a handicapped accessible room, asked if he is using the room to handicapped needs, and they were not. That person had to leave the next day so that they can fulfill the handicapped needs. They did say they were going to comp us one evening because it was over an hour wait. My parents who already had a long days travel were upset because they didn't have a room that was reserved over two months prior. I even called that morning to make sure a room was available and they said it was. When calling for the comp, because it never showed on our credit card statement, I spoke to a Jeffery who was on the defensive right from the begging of the call. He raised his voice at me, which I was shocked. My 10 year old daughter who was in ear shot was stunned by the lack of kindness in him. Jefferey kept talking and talking, where I really couldn't even say anything. For a great place, the managerial service needs to re-vamp their handicapped kindness and make sure they have the rooms that are needed for handicapped clients.
