Mcdonald's - Falls Church

Went pretty late. I've had good experiences here and some not so good (sometimes people panhandling in the front. At night the coverage at the window couldn't communicate clearly in English and in Spanish messed up the order. Windows were all closed until the last window. During the day I've not had that experience. Overall not a place I'd avoid but staff does need a little training.

Worst customer service. The lady at the window don’t know how to deal with customers. She also made fun of my accent. I don't if this lady deserves to work at the window if she cant be polite and patient with customers.

They charge me extra refil on my bill and when I went to recharge it they told me no! The service is horrible and they talk to you as if they owned the place.

This is literally my favorite McDonald's. I never have any problems going in and every time I order, my food is always fresh and the fries are piping hot and perfectly salted. However, I will say the only issue I've ever come across is their McCafe items. The caramel frappe is just waaaay too sweet and mega syrupy. It's not all that appealing. I haven't had the mocha one yet because caramel is my favorite but that is the only issue I've encountered. Other than that, I like the staff and the fact that they do their best to keep the restaurant clean. I do wish though that the lobby stayed open until around 10 because I get off work around that time and always crave a French fry when I get off.

Simple process- ordered from the kiosk, used the restroom, then came out and food was ready.
