Starbucks - Falls Church

This is my favorite Starbucks in my area. I have one right across the street from me but I opt to drive to this location because it makes me feel at home. I am not orginally from the area and it has definitely been a challenge to adjust to the culture around here but this Starbucks is one place that makes my daughter's and I feel comfortable. Dalaney is our favorite Barista,she is super nice always keeps a cool head and goes above and beyond for customers. The baristas works really hard and are always busy but are always courteous.

We ordered a grande chai with pumpkin cream foam on top. We got our food option and waited for the drink. It was busy and thought nothing to crazy about it until we realized 25 minutes later that we were not called. When we approached the cashier she told us they were out of chai. No apology or nothing other than do you want anything else. Not only did we waste our time and tried to give the benefit of the doubt but no empathy for your customer to have waited and never told that they were out of the principle ingredient. This place lacks customer service, slow, and too busy. Maybe corporate should look into this and understand what this place is going through and understand how it can affect the overall experience of the customer.

I don't understand why peeps write reviews, say it's great, just give four stars. ahhhhh to everyone is own, but for me when it is perfect at point.

Not sure where one of the workers at this dieucks comes with their hire! drove to the window after the order and she looks at me like I was.

You know it's cold out there! Now I came for a medical mate, but they didn't have him. so I have the seasonal grande peppermint mocha. never.
