Great food at a reasonable price! We visited after exploring the Loess Bluffs Wildlife Refuge in the late afternoon when the place wasn’t busy. The staff we interacted with were efficient, though they didn’t seem particularly cheerful—definitely not rude, though. The atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming with its dim lighting, which might be influenced by the cloudy weather; perhaps they rely on natural light to create a more inviting vibe? The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms, although the women’s room didn’t have a baby changing station. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was delicious. The menu had plenty of appealing options!

We dined there today and had a fantastic experience! Our waitress was one of the best I've encountered. My husband and I ordered the special, which included roasted chicken, steak, potatoes with white gravy, and a choice of either a bowl of soup or a salad. We both opted for the potato soup, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely the best potato soup I've ever had! The other soup option was Hamburger Vegetable, which also sounded tasty. I even saw someone at another table with a salad served in a bread bowl, and it looked amazing! Overall, we will definitely be returning. The soda I ordered was a bit pricey, but it was served in a large glass and tasted great!

In my opinion, this restaurant is a local favorite here in Fall City, Nebraska. They offer a delicious salad served in a freshly baked bowl, and people rave about their homemade ranch dressing! The waitress was incredibly sweet and noticed when I needed a drink refill. I ordered a Philly sandwich, which was decent but not quite what I expected – I was hoping for more flavor. However, I also tried their cheese sticks, and they are definitely a must-have! Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Had their Veggie Pizza, everything from the cheese, the sauce and crust were delicious! Absolutely recommended for anyone visiting Falls City.
