Lake House - Falls of Rough

On Sunday for lunch. me and two little kids. they don't wait for the entrance, sit right away. the seats are overcrowded, as there are around 13 tables in a small area. the waitress was friendly and has accommodated our egg allergy requirements. what she didn't know was quick to find answers. the food took about 20 minutes to get out, the chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. fries were good, green beans were excellent. kiddos enjoyed a ham sandwich with cheese and both were happy and cleaned their teller. the price was somewhat steep for the meal we had, but the service was excellent. I would say a wheelchair can come in there, but somewhere different from sitting the outside line of the tables, it would be hard to get through. the tables were clean and quickly operated and cleaned after leaving the customers. outside the seats. overall: I would recommend this restaurant.

That is a fantastic little restaurant. the service was exceptional and a little faster than the 20 min average in terms of our food. I have ordered the big boy blt, and he certainly lives on his name. ? the fried pickel were the perfect starter – not excessively salty, how often fried pickel are. perhaps above all, this restaurant is sufficiently occupied. during my visit there were 4 severs who took care of the small but relatiw full dining room. the brighter seemed to be in good spirits and generally with the service they received.

Have ate there 3 times recently, and I'll say the food was hot and tasty, very good, the staff was polite and friendly, the wait for the meal was very reasonable for a party of 4, we will be back!!

This is now “The Lake House Restaurant,” but is worth the trip. We stayed a few days at Rough River Dam state park and stopped here on our way out of town. There were several tables occupied, but service was still fast. Food was wonderful! Decent portions, classic diner style to choose from, daily specials and desserts. Was a little pricier than I’d figured going in, but not unreasonable. If we’re up that way again, I’d be sure to stop by again.

The staff was nice for their young age. However My two friends and I were up all night puking our guts out after eating here. Idk what it was because we all ordered something different . Made for a really hitty day at work. I would never eat here again.
