Burger King - Fallston

My first time a chicken sandwich and it was very hot spicy and fresh. The frits were also delicious and fresh.

It was good but I was sad to hear that they no longer have a 2 Cheeseburger Value Meal. I loved getting that so I had to make a choice and got the Whopper Jr. for me and a Big King meal for my son. Food and staff were great but I will miss the 2 CBVM .

Steven, who works the night shift, is fantastic! I visit frequently during the night, and he consistently treats me with respect and provides excellent customer service. It's refreshing to see that good customer service still exists! After having a poor experience at McDonald's, I chose to come to Burger mainly because I knew Steven would treat me well. Thank you, Steven—your hard work does not go unnoticed!

I don't know the name of the gentleman who was at the window tonight between 6:30 and 7:00, but he is truly exceptional. He exemplifies outstanding customer service, and I hope others can learn from his approach. Even in the smallest details, like how he handed us our three large drinks using a doubled cup carrier, he went above and beyond. Thank you, sir, for your excellent service!
