Contribuisci feedbackWe returned on February 14, 2014, and were told we had secured the last table, although the restaurant was only half full. It seemed intentional as our meals took an excessively long time to arrive. Other customers were joking about who would get served next, as the delay was quite ridiculous. The waitstaff appeared lost and were extremely slow; we had to ask for our drinks twice, among other things. After waiting an hour for our appetizers, I finally spoke up, and suddenly our food arrived—slightly warm. I couldn’t help but wonder where it had been all that time and why they hadn’t served it sooner. The main courses weren’t as impressive either. To make matters worse, there was a rather brash woman, presumably the chef's partner, who seemed quite intoxicated. She was overly familiar with customers, even yelling at the waitstaff and prioritizing her own needs over those of the diners. When she asked us about our meal and we mentioned the long wait, her response was something about the chef being a "concrete." It left us puzzled about what that was meant to imply!
