Highlands Road Fish Chips - Fareham

Not been to a fish and chips shop for a while but would definitely recommend this one for the fish and chips and mushy peas but sadly not for the battered sausages, the one we had with our order was only battered on one side so not impressed with that in our order. The battered mushy peas were huge, big enough for 2 people! The service was good. Little bit pricey but for the amount we got for 3 people, more than worth it.

Generous portion of chips and Fish! Polite both on the phone and at pickup. Very clean shop. Would recommend it!

The food here is good and usually doesn't take too long to get food, though being popular there is often a queue, but the service is good. Also good value for money

Picked up dinner from here this evening, and it was fantastic! Can highly recommend! The fish was cooked perfectly, the large chips fed 3 adults with some to spare! I was so impressed with the social distancing measures in place. 1 customer in at a time, they issue a number so that when you're waiting outside the number will flash and you enter to pick up your order to control customers entering. A large glass screen to protect staff and customers and hand gel too The staff were really friendly and welcoming awell! Well done!

Ask for chips separate from fish considering some people don’t like fish, couldn’t manage it, lumped the fish in with the chips so one member of my family had to go out and get something else....
