Holiday Inn Fareham

We stayed at the hotel while visiting Paultons, and the "kids eat free" offer influenced our decision. However, it didn't quite feel free when we calculated the total bill, which was still the same as usual. Paying £17 for a standard burger and chips was outrageous, and it's no surprise that we were the only diners in the restaurant. While we would consider staying at the hotel again, we won't be eating dinner there. On a positive note, the included breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic service, felt reassured regarding our 11 month old’s wheat allergy. Everything was checked with the chef and a separate meal was made as unfortunately nothing on the children’s menu was gluten free.

We visited as part of a Peppa Pig stay with our two daughters. The great news was that the children ate for free, and the food was quite good. However, the service was a bit slow, though it wasn't a major issue. We ordered drinks that took a long time to arrive; in fact, we could see them sitting on the bar, so eventually, my husband got up and brought the tray over himself. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

I enjoyed the breakfast food, but the service was disappointing. The tables that were supposed to be "clean" were still dirty. The clearing of tables was so slow that it made it difficult for new guests to be seated. This issue persisted on Sunday, where a reserved table sat empty while all the other tables were covered with used dishes. On Saturday, I noticed that the stacked cereal bowls were stuck together due to water creating a vacuum, making them impossible to separate. I found it hard to believe this was a Holiday Inn. Additionally, the toaster jammed and was simply turned off, leaving the next guests unaware of why there was no toast, with no effort made to resolve the issue.

We went as part of a Peppa-skin stay with our two daughters. children ate free, eating was all nice service was a little slow, but nothing important. we ordered drinks that needed an old to come, we could actually see them at the bar so that my man got up at the end and the tablet itself got. we also had a nice breakfast, every amount of choice.
