Dairy Queen - Fargo

I don’t want to be too harsh, but the service was really disappointing. I waited an hour for two blizzards and a burger. I mentioned three times what I was missing, and only after the third time did I finally receive my food. I can't recommend this place.

No reason to prepay for an ice cream cake as they might not have it at the time and date arranged. Fortunately we time before our event to call three other dairy queens and drive across to town to pick a replacement up. The employee we worked with couldn't have cared less.

Waited over a half hour for a blizzard. People who ordered after us got theirs drive thru got theirs. Had to get a refund after 30 minutes of waiting no apologies. Got a coupon for a free small sundae that went right in the trash. Worst service ever if I could give it negative stars I would.

The service was extremely slow, even though there was only one customer ahead of us in line, and it took 10 minutes just to place our order. It took another 20 minutes for our ice cream to be served, and we noticed that the staff wasn’t wearing gloves. When we asked for water, we found out that while the water itself is free, the cup isn’t. The staff weren't very friendly either. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place; it’s the worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to! Save your time and look elsewhere!

If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The service is poor, the staff is unfriendly, and the cleanliness is appalling. Who shuts off their grill 45 minutes before closing time? The entire restaurant feels dirty and unkempt. During the pandemic, when they were closed and only offered drive-thru service for a year and a half, you would think they would have taken the time to clean up.
