Embers University Diner - Fargo

First time going here, my first impression was that the ceiling looked really dirty. That made me wonder what the kitchen looked like. The service was good and the portions were large. The mixed veggies were kind of rubbery and the gravy flavor I didn't care for but I prefer my own homemade gravy over most restaurants anyway. The rest of the meal was good

Visiting from Winnipeg few weeks ago and Googled this place. Wow, my wife and I both loved it. Great breakfast, large portions , great coffee and excellent service. My absolute favourite was big slab of fresh cinnamon coffee cake that came with my meal … delicious !! We have already made plsns to visit again in October !!

Pretty good place. Seating was available when I walked in. Cinnamon streusel coffee cake was lovely.

Only stopped here because of the reviews. WELL DESERVED high rating !

Genuinely one of my favorite places to eat the staff is always friendly and ready to serve fast and efficient. And their coffee cake is something I always crave for, a great place for some noon breakfast after a night out or breakfast/lunch after church etc . Love this place whole heartedly
