Ginza Japanese - Fargo

Puts the other Poke bowl restaurant's in Fargo to shame. Fresh ingredients, great flavor in EVERY BITE.

Ran in for some food, didn’t realize what time it was and most the places were closed. 5 minutes before close they made me a large bowl so already highly appreciated. I got a poke bowl and it was the best bowl I’ve had in Fargo, everything still tasted fresh and it was very good, will definitely be going back and I highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first time eating here and really enjoyed the food. I had a strawberry milk tea with boba or bubble tea, it was amazing and fun to drink. I would absolutely recommend it. Will we go back yep.

Flavor of the broth was good. Egg was soaked in soy sauce for added flavor before being added to the ramen. Noodles were straight and bland, not wavy and lacked the nice chew ramen should have. Pretty good for Fargo though.
