Contribuisci feedbackTonight, I ordered two hamburgers for my daughter at the restaurant. I specifically asked for only ketchup and only mustard on both burgers, as indicated on the receipt. However, when we got home and opened the wrappers, we found that both burgers only had pickles and onions, no mustard or ketchup. We returned to the restaurant to complain and received a new order, but once again, they forgot the mustard on both burgers. My daughter was hungry so she took them anyway. Overall, very disappointed with the service and attention to detail at this McDonald's location.
Mcdonald’s, the definition of the formula in customer service. However, this location has a little more than the fair share of up and down. false accusations, missing objects, cryptic when the lobby is open, they carry to auto windows, and more often the usual -sloppy burgers. but it is still a positive experience until mcd’s goes and I never had any employees who refuse to correct the order. are only attentive to changes in local factories, the lines will be extra long.
The fries were not very well salted and it just felt disappointing. koks were cold, staff were friendly. the journey was not the fastest, but I went over the midday hour.
Maybe it's a smaller town thing, but the lobby closing at 8 is seemingly unusual. Also, by 10pm, they were out of all ice cream-based products. Is this the thing I keep hearing about with the McDonald's ice cream machine problems nationwide? The staff seemed apologetic and friendly, so I hope any technical issues were not being held on them.
They get the orders right and are typically fairly quick. I have never had an issue with this franchise location.
