The Melting Pot - Farmingdale

The melting pot is a culinary experience in contrast to most others. especially because they prepare their own meal. however, it is never the same experience, because there are so many variations that you can experiment with. if they are looking for a culinary experience that also has a feeling of adventure, this is the place for them!

We come to the melting pot every couple of years. this time we arrived early to hit the loud dinner crowds and sat at the kamin! Cheesefondue is where it is! They always offer additional tauchers, but we get so full! we knew this would be a lot of food, and so the server could pack our salads. the next day they were great for lunch. had a 4-course menu and filled. so many options for eating, dips and sauces. we like some of them and others not so much. we arrived at 4 and went to 7. at 7 they were pretty well packed for a Monday night. this room is child-friendly, but not sure that we would bring our children, as this is a task for us.

Had a wonderful time for our jubilee dinner, eating was fantastic and our server marie m was so sweet and knowledgeable from the menu. She even wrote a happy jubilee on a teller with chocolate. it was so sweet. we had a reservation, and they sat in this charming eck, who was private and made us feel like we were all there by ourselves.

This place is from this world! I and my man have been together for 15 years and I literally told him that this is my favorite place to which we have ever come. we started with the spinat artichoke cheese fondue, which was absolutely amazing with regular pieces brot and bretzel brot. it also came with broccoli sellerie apples and carrots. we ended up with the s?more?s fondue and that came with rice-crispies, pancakes, waffeln, marshmallows, various types of fruits and a series of other amazing desserts. to cover it from me and my nabeby tried the black berry limonade that I had ever had from the hook best drink, then I tried a second drink that had a lot of in it, but it had lavender syrup and I can not tell them how amazing that was. what made the best at night was our server marissa. she was so knowledgeable friendly funny to the earth and I can literally not wait to go back to see her smile because she deserves an amazing person and she deserves an increase! if I could give this place 10 stars, would I have the best time I had? ve had in a long time. another thing I want to add is that the seats were very intimate. I love people not sitting on us and it was very romantic!

Everyone should try this. Such a fun date night spot. They make the fondue in front of you. Ask for extra pretzel bread because it's so good. The cocktails are amazing and getting dessert is so worth it. A unique dining experience everyone should try
