It supposed to be a club night with treggae slash mixed media music in a clublike setting, but it sucked. No reggae it was like someone dropped me in a bar in Ghana I did not get a mixed culture vibes and felt completely out the element. The chicken seem fine at best. If your African it might vibed for you but everyone else you will feel left out. I suggest they lean towards diversity and train the Dj or find one that understands the music culture of America and Reggae. Otherwise they will be having lots of problems trying to keep the doors open soon.
I've only gone for the house music on Thursdays, it's the best I've heard in years. I love it.
We had a great time celebrating here! The food was so good.
I had the opportunity to attend yesterday’s AfroBeat Paint and Sip at the Kola Restaurant Ultra Lounge, and hosted by Be A Part of Me Consulting, LLC. It was an amazing experience filled with great music, great food and great people! I even had the opportunity to express my artistic talent, which promoted self-care through painting and relaxation. Until next time, thank you Kola!!
