Taco Bell - Farmington Hills

I never had problems with this place. Tonight... Order on mobile app, picked up via drive thru. I ordered a Power Bowl and the ingredients were simply put into a cardboard box instead of the plastic container they always used. No good idea! My food might have fallen into my pocket! Cardboard does not keep food warm as plastic. Don't be cheap! Another negative of this box contained no Taco Bell branding or logos.

Taco Bell in Farmington Hills has FANTASTIC staff are always pleasant and welcome you with positivity. We need more of it. Thank you.

I'm not sure of her name, but the lady waiting for us today was phenomenal. More people have to be so nice in the customer service industry. You're lucky to have them. We were there at 11:38.

Idk who tf works the drive through window after midnight but she needs to check her attitude, always messing up my order and ****. But the food was good lowkey
