Kfc - Farmington

I strongly advise against dining here! The service was awful, and the staff clearly lacks customer service skills. The food looked old and was served cold.

I went to this restaurant tonight around 8 PM, and it was quite suspicious. The front doors were locked, and there were no visible hours of operation. I noticed some people at the drive-thru window laughing, which didn’t bother me, but it added to the strange atmosphere. What really raised a red flag for me was when I was informed that they only accept card payments. I wish Google allowed me to give zero stars. I'm really dissatisfied, especially since I used to visit this place weekly.

Food was old. Everything was old and cold. Popcorn chicken was hard, had a biscuit put into the same container as the Nashville hot chicken so it was covered in red hot sauce, fries where gross. Everything seemed as if it had been sitting around for awhile.

This place was gross!!! Very hot inside and disgustingly dirty. Cashiers coughing, person putting ice in the soda machine with a dirty bucket. Won?t recommend this KFC to anyone!!!

Hot sauce packets are 50 cent each and our gravey came out like water. Took it back and manager said its how the gravey is now.
