I placed a mobile order but had to wait because they misplaced my order slip. After leaving, I noticed they didn't include my fries, even though I was charged for them. It seems like they're making more mistakes with orders lately. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, and Hot 'N Spicy Chicken Sandwich were all top-notch. The addition of a side salad and fries made for a satisfying meal. You can't go wrong with the Vanilla Cone and Apple Fritter for dessert. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, and the atmosphere was lacking as well. While the food was fantastic, the delivery experience was disappointing and affected my overall enjoyment.

I ran from my class at UMF to try and catch the breakfast shift, as I do everyday. Today I got here and when I finished my order, the receipt didn’t print. And when I went to another kiosk, no more breakfast. I wasn’t going to eat a burger for breakfast. So I said something to the counter in which I received a bunch of “awh, sorry”s. Then when I sat down after ordering my single drink. One of the male workers (I didn’t catch his name) found my order in the system and approached my table, asking if I would like him to still attempt to make it. I told him I would appreciate that very much. And he was able to make almost my entire order. He just saved my day, I’m running from here straight to work and I would NOT have eaten if it wasn’t for him. I appreciate the service and thought. That man just restored my faith.
