Contribuisci feedbackAwful service. I was completing a Doordash order, received at 4am (in Layton). I arrived at the location at 4:09am, tried the door of this 24-hour McDonald's, which was locked, so I went to the drive-thru and was ignored, I co tinued on to yhe window and was again ignored. I pulled around again. It has now been 5 minutes, I pulled back onto the drive-thru, just to be ignored again so I called the store and the person answering said they were a 24 hour store but were for some reason closed right then and then hung up, it seemed he did not understand I was there to pick up an order that was already placed even when I said I was there for the Doordash order. It was now 15 minutes waiting, so I waited another 10 minutes, and 3 other cars pulled in behind me and backed out and left instead of waiting. I called the store again, and then someone magically came on the menu's speaker box to advise me to pull forward. When I got to the window, they had their music blairing so loud I could see why they were unable to assist any customers that showed up at the drive-thru, they also treated me as if I was putting them out for picking up this order that a customer placed through their store. This store has some massive issues.
Seriously GREAT Service! I parked and placed a mobile order for 4 Big Macs, 40 nuggets, 4 med fries, a happy meal and 2 large cokes. When I pulled in, I had just finished working a 12 hour day, I didn't feel well, and all I wanted in the whole world was a coke for my sore throat, but alas the kids needed to be fed. So I placed my HUGE order and settled in for what I expected to be a very long wait. Surprisingly, my food was ready and out to my car in less than 10 minutes, I had my coke and was headed home! The guy that brought my food out literally ran it out, he was hustling! It was awesome and much appreciated! The food was hot, he explained what was in each bag, where my straws were, and reviewed my order. The order was complete and perfectly made, even with the special requests that I threw in. I don't go to this McDonald's location very often, but I feel like it will be happening more often after today's trip!
Worst customer service. I was literally stared at by the girl working expo who then typed on her phone for 3 mins, before turning away from me just to ignore me. Her coworker on the line got her attention 3 times, and she also ignored him to come help me. I watched my order sit in the window, also they said I picked it up when I hadn't, to save their service time. All and all the entire front end staff needs some training on how to help service customers, atleast knowledge them
So much for fast food anymore. Drive thru was slow. Communication in English was difficult. They need to figure this out
Everytime I come here I wait at the ordering screen for someone to answer for about 5 minutes. Have to repeat code multiple times. Food is alright but have gotten wrong order multiple times as well.
