Schlotzsky's - Farmington

There was an error with the online delivery order I did from grub hub and the manager was so kind to go above and beyond to fix it. The kids loved their pizza?s and my salad was fresh and great portion size.

I?ve been here a couple of times and ordered loaded baked potato soup and when I got it I didn?t see any ?loaded? in my soup at all. When asked about it they said ?you should?ve asked for it? I specifically asked for loaded and that?s not what I got. Horrible customer service.

Schlotzsky's is a nice alternative to other national chain sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of the larger grocery stores in farmington. I really like the unique take on round sandwiches instead of defaulting to copying the sub sandwich format. Be warned that the large is monstrous in size! This location does a lot of drive-through business currently but we chose to dine in. The dining room is small but the staff did a good job with service.

The food is always good here and I?ve never had bad service! But I?m leaving this review after the experience I had with Gabriel!!! I called in a larger order for us at Urgent Care! He took extra care that our orders were correct, he was courteous, and he handled each separate payment perfectly! The food was ready and he helped me bag up everyone?s order! He offered me a drink for myself and he got the drinks filled for me at the self service station! That extra care

Overall, pretty good. Slow service and expensive. If they don't make some changes, I'm afraid Schlotzsky's (as a whole) won't be around forever. Pesto Chicken Pizza is the best item in the menu!!
