Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this location is appalling. I work at another fast food restaurant, and I wouldn't treat my customers the way I was treated here.
It was an average experience. The kiosks were operating well and the card readers were functioning properly. The staff was friendly and attentive. The outside of the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. However, on several occasions, no one responded after I pressed the well-known red button to place an order. During one drive-thru visit, we received hard fries, the incorrect drinks, and the burgers were not made as requested. Overall, the quality seems inconsistent.
I was able to order ahead on the app, but it would not register that I had arrived at the location. Had to go to multiple stalls before I found one that worked. Ordered a large drink and failed to check that it was full before I left, only to realize that it was probably about 2/3 full, if that. Not the usual Sonic that I go to and probably won't become a regular stop.
Not sure if it is a permanent thing or just temporary but you could not use the app to order ahead at this location. (Which is a real bummer when you want to order the drinks for half price on the app. Once we arrived at the location we had to switch parking spots 3 times before finding an order screen that worked.
We showed up at the end of the night and the list of things they were out of was so long that I thought they were confirming someone else's order with me. But they gave us a free ice cream for the long wait and inconvenience?which was a wonderful surprise for our 4-year-old.
