Contribuisci feedbackThe absolutely worse customer service. dont spend your money here. the breakfast for my daughter here on the way to school, the lady who took the order did not let me give up another order so I tried to order in the window and she kept the window closed. of course, to say that I went without my order and went to the mainsenker wayyy better service) 20. st sonic has zero customer service skills, they were not busy. we were the only car there, now we know why they don't have customers at 730am. the people forget what they said when they apply for the job.
Pay them a meal! chili has added to my burger and charged for it! not receive! retrieved on request over extras that for! the person replied they are management with very badly hired on the phone! pay them a little under $30, that goes to paycheck, expect them a little more courtesy order right!
Since when is it usual that the drive by the workers ask them whether they want to change their order back. it's rude.
Could have put more than a single line of cheese to cover the tots missed about half of them. Drinks were great.
We ordered ahead on the app for 2 large drinks. The app said our order would be ready by 2:19 PM. The order didn't come out until 2:35 PM. Our drinks were completely wrong and we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to get new ones. The wait is terrible every single time we come. We will not be back until they start prioritizing customer service.
