Starbucks - Farmington

All are very nice, except a girl with purple ponytail. I have paid extra for adding, but not properly made and ordered venti size, but she made the half in my venti cup.

Sugar cookie latte taste like pure espresso, the foam is extremely dark, I have even added an additional tasteshot, it is just as bitter milk foam coming after espresso, so I am not sure how this happened. the coffee is far too expensive to make wrong when I went to pick it up I had my hand from the worker placed it on the table like? the icy caramel macchiatos sometimes have not even caramel to see in the cup. I'm very upset.

It's strange how dietuck's dog food or other stuff about dogs collects, but no dogs allowed. ? for me nothing makes sense, but for others its a very good place for coffee

After a long journey I thought of a simple venti dark roast, bright with milk and 4 splenda. I tipped her a buck. just then the manager said go home. she took her apron and left. Oh, it's an abundance and will take a few minutes. no problem. I'll wait and wait. Finally....No splenda and dark. I asked if they would pour out something and add more milk. the manager dug out halfway and filled with milk. Yeah, it's cold. I left. it's never consistent here.

Used to love this location, staff was very friendly and drinks were always good. Now in a matter of weeks my drinks go from bad to worse on any given day and staff isn’t as friendly.
