Bojangles - Farmville

There have been a lot of mistakes made with orders and the service is slow.

I am the only customer here and the service is slow. The food lacks spices and the floor is dirty. It would be improved with the addition of napkins.

The service at this restaurant is welcoming and the boiled chicken is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it.

Idk if the managers just ain’t there anymore but it’s like a headless chicken coop. everybody in there stressed out, can’t get no food out, food is just about burnt or piled together when you get it, and 99% of the time you can hear the employees playing from the drive thru menu. def not the same farmville bojangles i been going to all my life.

2022 the year without honey mustard. Bojangles has been on the decline for around 1-2 years now and it’s not due to Covid. That ship has sailed. I know hiring has been a struggle but I think I speak for everyone when I say we can do without the attitude from employees that don’t want to be at work. If the people at Chick-fil-A can keep moral high and a fast moving drive through, Bojangles management should figure out what they are doing wrong. Yesterday will be my last visit until I hear that I can return to the drive through and not feel that the person taking my order hates me. This review is on the Farmville location but I experience the same bs in Winterville and Greenville. Conclusion: ditch the attitude, and make more buy more honey mustard to serve.
