Afternoon Tea At Frensham Pond Hotel

The management at this restaurant is fantastic. The hotel staff are kind and professional. I had an issue during my stay, but the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected and that my stay was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more. However, I was disappointed with the spa and some of its staff. It did not meet the expected standards for a hotel of this calibre and was not worth the money. Everything else about the hotel is extremely nice. Rooms: 5 stars.

I have only been on their terrace outside and the location is beautiful. Rating: 5

We were given a room key, but upon returning at night, we found that our room was occupied by another guest. We had to wait for 2 hours until 2 in the morning to be given another room. The manager was very slow to respond and the towels were dirty. Overall, the rooms were rated a 2, service a 3, and location a 2.

The hotel is in a beautiful tranquil location by Frensham Pond. Our room was incredibly comfortable and we had a fantastic nights sleep. We had an evening meal which was fantastic.
