A Gruta - Faro

Simple restaurant away from the town centre, good ambiance and food. Customers seem mostly 'regulars ', very few tourists. Principal dishes are grilled fish and shell fish. It is where we always have lunch when we go to Faro.

Great little fish place and a perfect traditional lunchtime spot. Fish is freshly caught and cooked to perfection over coals. Lovely family who work hard to make this place a tasty treat...no expensive either

Had a pleasant lunch experience with excellent fresh grilled tuna and mixed salad. The service was quite professional as in the past times, being the noise the only negative point in the main dinning room as the outside terrace was naturally closed. In my point of view A Gruta offers a very good quality/price lunch.
