I paid for the big and meat was not over all the rolls, but looked like the amount of meat for the cheaper smaller sandwich. $8.73 for that? Hit me.
Always good food. Immediately greeted by the manager and staff is almost always nice. Not sure about the cashier this time. Leaning up against the counter and constantly yawning while taking my order. Hold the yawn or cover your mouth. Lacking customer satisfaction training for sure. Hopefully he can only get better. That's the only reason for the 3 stars.
Three stars because we came for ribs on Saturday night and they were out. Dining room closed, we ordered and ate. The crew certainly didn't go out of their way to offer any positive affirmations that they couldn't fill our request, it was more like...well you made it in the door before we could lock it and we have to deal with you so what do you want to eat...some of us want to go home, heard twice. Drive thru still carried a line, we ate our potato with pork and half chicken, and a half hour later decided we would think twice before heading to this location again for dinner. Not what I have come to expect from Buddy's at any location, and yes, I am always the customer.
This is supposed to be a large pork sandwich with Swiss cheese and cole slaw and sauce no cole slaw, cheese can?t be melted by a cold bun when there is what appears to be a spoonful of meat. I?m beginning to have bad experiences at all locations and that used to never happen. I order one sandwich and they can?t get it right?
Previously, the good ole days are with Doris as manager. It went downhill. Employees don't listen to drive thru..orders wrong often, employees looking at mobile phones simply don't want to be settings here. And the worst employees in the best part of the city. I give Dickies my business.
