Additionally, the sandwiches were drenched in Mayo and Garlic Aioli sauces, making a huge mess as they were dripping and falling apart. It's amazing how much the quality can vary depending on who is making the sandwiches at Subway. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner.
Absolutely unacceptable service! I ordered three 12-inch subs and they were completely wrong. I paid $38.76, and when I returned to the store, the manager insisted that she made them exactly as she was instructed, which was not the case! There was no flatbread, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no black olives, and the dressing was incorrect. While it might not be the end of the world, the way I was treated was unacceptable. When I got home, I called to speak with the manager to let her know that another Subway branch mentioned they frequently receive complaints about the Farwell location. I was told she was with a customer and then they hung up on me. I will NEVER return to this Subway and plan to dispute the charge on my credit card.
The restaurant is consistently understaffed, and their website often malfunctions. It frequently clears my cart, and at times, it fails to load the payment options.
