Masal Cafe Bar Restaurant - Fatih

The staff was rude and impolite. They always treat you well in the beginning but when its time to pay they urge you and cannot even let you finish your dinner or drink. They keep asking you to pay. My credit card didn’t work out and they got too rude, pushing us to pay asap as they were other customers “waiting “ to order. Plus food isn’t worth the price. Nasty!

We are a part of a group about 20 people who are visiting Estambul with a local tour guide. The place seems to have a deal with this kind of agencies to bring tourists like us. Just realize the money a group like that can spend in the restaurant while having lunch, even so the guy who was charging us the bill after the lunch was completely rude. He even became violent when we asked for paying with card (don't forget we are in the capital of Turkey). After that, he forced another member of the group to pay with cash for us (we met this kind woman the same day). Not only with this, we realized he charged us even more than the menu showed. If doubting, don't come to these place where the food is much more expensive than it deserves.

A bit pricey and didn't appear that authentic but ok location and service.

It was good, the food taste delicious, the employees really nice and really helpful, they speak English so if you have any question they would be able to answer it, they are hilarious with their jokes, and at the end of the lunch they offer RAKI, a typical Turkish alcohol drink, also really good.

When I was in Istanbul, We pass in Masal Restaurant and was a great experience cause the deal is amazing
