I used to dine at this restaurant when I was 11 years old, and now that I'm 41, I went online in search of the recipe for the carre a la sauterelle. Thank you for sharing it, it was very kind of you. This dish used to be my father's favorite when we lived in the Islands. I can't wait to bring my kids there one day!

After visiting several restaurants on La Magdalena Island, I can confidently say that this is the best restaurant on the island. Everything I tried was delicious, and I highly recommend it - 1000%!
