Then, patatra. almost unconsumable calf: 2 dice of calf impossible to cut. the rattles too discreet, the two nuts surprisingly grilled. a unbalanced dessert: Chiboust cream too sweet not compensated by a quasi-existent rhubarb. chronically dissatisfaction of waitresses who have dropped quantity of cutlery. Finally, it's impossible to consult the bill. Depressed printer. Obligation to pay the blind!Many amateurism, to urgently correct. to justify a very overrated standing for the moment.

Restaurant of the estate. ideally located above the pools and terraces. neat and nice decoration. at the plate level, perhaps too much research and mixtures of flavors. which complicates the tasting. the wish is clearly to win a culinary reward. to follow.
