Firehouse Subs Fayetteville

12/10 customer service experience from Firehouse employees at this location!

This was disappointing. Ham is way too sweet and the Coke tasted awful. Edges of the bread were real soggy. Pickle juice everywhere. Prices are ridiculous.

We LOVE Firehouse. Thats why the sandwiches we got tonight were so disappointing. We didnt get peppers on either sandwich. There was little meat on half of my white bread sub and my boyfriends entire wheat bread sub didnt have very much meat. There was SO much mayo and spicy mustard that I could literally taste nothing else and had to throw away over half the sandwich. If we are paying $45 for 2 medium sandwiches, 1 drink, and 2 brownies (way overpriced) we at least expect to enjoy our meal. This was horrible.

I hate to give a low rating, because I really love their food, but it must be an awful place to work, because they cycle through employees every single time Im there, and there never seems to be any form of management or any knowledgeable employee whatsoever. There is consistently something wrong with my order every time; last time it was that they didn’t give me the brownie and cookies I ordered without refunding me, before that they mixed up the bread on me and my friend’s orders, before that they put veggies on my sandwich when I asked not to have them, etc. The food is genuinely so good, but ordering from this place is like playing a game of Russian roulette.

The Turkey Bacon Ranch was pretty good. Kind of sloppy. The Firehouse Steak Cheese was covered.. no, drenched.. in mayo : I tried to wipe and scrape as much as I could but the sandwich was honestly mostly inedible.
