I believe this establishment needs to either close its doors or hire a staff that is genuinely willing to work. The employee with red and blonde micro braids slammed the door right in my face and hurried away as if she didn’t even see me. As a truck driver, I understand that not everyone can pull up to the window. The customer service here is truly terrible.

Come on. It?s only 11am and I have to pull my car up and wait over 10 mins for tenders and there?s no pumpkin pie available but they?re advertising it everywhere. Several cars left before me that were behind me.

I recently visited a drive-thru and ordered a combo meal with four chicken tenders, but instead received the wrong order. I thought it was no big deal at first, but when I tried to go inside for a refund, I was told I had to wait in line again. While I waited, two cars left the line in frustration. Eventually, I was informed that they couldn't find a manager to assist me, and they offered to give me more food instead. I insisted on a refund. After a while, they found a manager who requested my receipt, but I didn’t have one because they had run out of paper when I placed my order. Fortunately, the manager did refund my money. Normally, I would just write this off as a lesson learned, but this was my second disappointing experience at different locations, and I won’t be returning.

The drive-through cashier was terrible. She overcharged me for a combo meal by upgrading my food without asking. When I questioned why my total was so high, she claimed that prices had increased, but that turned out to be untrue when I checked my receipt. Additionally, when the manager corrected the mistake, the cashier didn’t even return my receipt. Be sure to keep an eye on your receipt if you visit this place.

Chicken supremes were fresh and delicious, but it is inexcusable to not have fry seasoning, Mac n cheese, or ketchup packets all at the same time. It?s clear someone is not keeping up with stock at this location.
