And we all know about the biscuits. Most of the time, they seem to be out of chicken or sides. Rumor has it they might be closing down.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I was asked to wait for my food, but after 30 minutes, no one came to assist me. I decided to go inside, only to find out that my order hadn’t even been started. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, she aggressively told me to leave the restaurant. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered, and I will never return to this location. I would rather make the trip to Huntsville, where they know how to treat their customers properly.
The food was excellent, but the customer service could have been more welcoming.
The food is great but inconsistent. So is the pricing. I appreciate that they are under staffed as many places are right now. But, Basic things that people expect when they come to corporate chain food places are, the same taste, the same sizes, consistent pricing. I was quoted $75 and change for an order of 58 chicken strips. A week later when I came to pick up my order, I paid $99 and change. When one person works, you get one price. When someone’s else is working, you get a different price. I highly suggest upper management come from out of town and figure out why there is so much inconsistency. I’ve only been here 3 times and 2 of those times I’ve had issues. Everyone is really nice and I appreciate that but, I’d also appreciate consistency.
Mostly, you have to be extra committed to greasy food. Our chicken was dripping with grease or oil. I won't have it again. It was too much for me, with the grease or oil. The bottom of the box should be covered in paper towels, if it's going to be like that. Really.
