Schlotzsky's - Fayetteville

The staff at the restaurant were not welcoming and the air conditioning was not working, making it uncomfortable at 78 degrees inside. The food was mediocre, especially the loaded baked potato soup which tasted old and did not resemble the picture. The bathroom was in need of attention, with doors falling off hinges and toilet seats that looked like they needed replacing. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve and provide a better experience in the future.

Terrible experience at Schlotzsky's. Half of my food was cold while the other half was correct. They overcharged me for drinks and took too long to take my order. I was the only customer there, so there's no excuse for the mistakes. The only decent thing was the tea, but it still wasn't great. I won't be returning and they need to refund my money. I don't tolerate dishonesty.

The young lady that took my order was amazing! She was sweet, attentive and proud of herself. The food was wonderful. The taste was on point. The manager was attentive as well. The restaurant was spotless. I don't know why this place was not packed for lunch?

This restaurant is fantastic and a must-visit in Fayetteville for those looking for a healthier alternative to fast food. They have delicious sandwiches and a variety of great options. I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place! It has some of the best pizza crust I have ever had and the customer service is always great! Also, if you love deli sandwiches, you cannot find a better lunch stop. I highly recommend their hot sauce which is available for purchase. Please try this place. You will not be disappointed!
