Contribuisci feedbackI placed my order through the app and picked it up in-store. The process was simple, and I didn't have to wait long. The sandwiches were fantastic!
To start, the employee completely ignored us for a minute after removing our items from the toaster, despite us being the only customers there. When I moved to the next section and asked for parmesan, the guy initially began shaking it on normally. Then, he opened the back of the cap and dumped an excessive amount of parmesan onto my sandwich. I understand that working at a place like Subway might be frustrating, but that's no excuse for treating customers poorly. Just do your job properly and leave your frustrations at the door.

Friendly people, but they are never in a hurry to get anything done. Always slow and I really think the toaster needs checked out, seems like the bread is always barely toasted.
(Online order) Slow and poor service, it took 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. I was told they had to make more meatballs, to which the food was colder than a winter here in Arkansas.
