Contribuisci feedbackAs much as I want to give this place another chance, I just can't do it anymore. Every time I visit, something is missing from my order—whether it's something small like sour cream on the side or even a burrito or two. I understand the place can get busy, but it only takes a moment to double-check an order before it’s given to a customer. Please don’t ask for the items to be checked, as that only adds to the problem. I find myself leaning toward Salsarita’s instead. I strongly urge you to verify your orders before heading home, as you can’t always trust that they get it right. I know nobody is perfect, and I certainly understand that, but a little more attention and pride in your work would make a significant difference. Wishing everyone a blessed day!
I had to cancel my online order because this restaurant was closed at 9:30 on a Monday evening. This has been a recurring issue at this location; they frequently close early. The online ordering system allows you to place an order without informing you that the store is closed. They really need to improve this! There's no reason you should be able to place an order for pickup when the restaurant isn't open. It's disappointing that they don't adhere to their advertised hours.
I used to really enjoy coming here, but it seems like there's always something going wrong every week. They rarely open on time, and at this point, I think it might be better to let the place go and put something new in its place.
The store manager Kayla remembered my very specific order and that was awesome.
Terrible experience. Everytime. Food is always poor quality. My supreme tacos are never supreme. Its not worth the gas or headache. Your better off going elsewhere with your business.
