The Hills Hideaway - Fayetteville

We quickly got seated, and our food arrived promptly. The restaurant features a clean and modern design, which helps maintain a comfortable noise level for conversation without having to raise our voices. We appreciated the quality of the food and found it to be a good value overall. It's conveniently located within walking distance of everything. We particularly enjoyed the chicken sandwich, but be warned—the spicy option is definitely spicy!

My wife ordered the risotto with grilled chicken, which had an inconsistent texture—some parts were thick while others were runny, as if someone had added too much liquid. I had the cheeseburger, which was decent—neither great nor terrible, so I won’t complain about it. The waiter was polite and unhurried, which was a plus. It was a Friday evening, and surprisingly, most of the restaurant was empty. I wanted to try a new place, but I ended up disappointed. The owners really need to improve the quality of their food and drinks, as well as the skills in their kitchen, if they want to turn things around. With more people dining out these days, choosing Hills Hideaway would likely be a mistake!

The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The patio is lovely, and there’s plenty of room for seating indoors.

Odd choice of decorations and furniture- a very large space that needs additional things. The brunch menu was very small, but very tasty.
