Waffle House - Fayetteville

It took a long time for our food to come to us, only bc the shift, but it must do a better wise, so no customer has to wait so long. the server were very polite and helpful, and eating was good. a last critique that may not be easily fixed, the restaurant was very fat. food: 5/5

More limited menu than in past visits but it was good. Fast service, well prepared food and clean. Friendly staff. Took one star off because dishes were mostly (90% breakfast bowls or breakfast sandwiches. Still recommended for a good, quick breakfast.Parking: Small lot with just enough parking.

Walked in to find open seats but the tables were dirty... so we ordered it to go. We sat at the bar waiting on the food... still no one cleaned the area. The waitress filled a cup with ice using her hand instead of the ice scoop. No one believes in covid or monkeypox... I was scared to eat my food.. so sad

Sadly the staff though polite seemed too busy to care for even minor details. Our party of four had to remind the serving staff that we needed silverware to eat. And more than one request was needed for condiments for coffee. The table was dirty and they never offered to wipe it.The food was mediocre at best. The chili was old. The burgers were small. My food was graciously remade because it had jalapenos, when I made sure to tell them not to put them on my hashbrowns when I made my order. When they brought it back it did not have the extra gravy or chili asked for and the hashbrowns were barely edible, mushy without much texture. My special needs son mentioned they did not get his Arnold Palmer mixed properly. And the needed condiments for food were not adequately provided.And they had a promotion visually large that either was not known by some staff members or others said the promotion was no longer valid. For my son with special needs to see something so fun and people not know about the promotion or state that its over is false advertising. No one should leave a large display with a spin and win wheel that is not valid.

Clean then a few of the waffle Houses I have been to. Service was fast and friendly. If had to complain it would be how the blueberries are in the center and not spread out throughout the waffles.
