Contribuisci feedbackI forgot that this place was still considered "new," so when I first arrived, the drive-thru line was out onto the road. I decided to walk in instead. There were only two other customers inside, and they were both waiting for their orders. I ordered a salad, and I noticed the employees were clean and the dining area was also well-maintained. They charged me for the extra dressing I requested, but unfortunately, they forgot to include it in the bag. I was a bit disappointed, but I understood that the drive-thru was busy, and the staff was working hard to get everyone's orders out quickly.
I stopped by for a late lunch, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. There was no greeting or appreciation for my business, and my order wasn't completed as requested. At the window, it felt like my presence was more of a nuisance than anything else. The woman was quick to inform me about the charge for extra sauce, which I understand given the current economy. However, when another employee in the back shouted out what she wanted, the woman at the window simply rolled her eyes after I agreed to pay the extra dollar for the sauce. It was unbelievable. I won’t be returning to this location again; it seems they will hire anyone who can put on the uniform.
My mother purchased a salad yesterday, and when she got home to eat it, we discovered a live fly crawling around in it. How could a fly end up in the salad? It’s absolutely disgusting! I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Tamisha, who identified herself as the manager. She was very apologetic over the phone and took our name since we couldn’t return that night. My mom didn’t want a replacement because she was too grossed out by the fly, so she went back with her receipt to request a refund. The manager, Tamisha, asked if she had brought the salad back with her. Honestly, why would anyone hold onto a salad with a fly in it for a whole day? Tamisha then said that we were supposed to return the product for a refund and questioned how they could take our word for it. Nobody is going to drive all the way from Fort Bragg to Skibo just to scam you out of $9 for a salad. It felt really insulting and ignorant. Eventually, they did give her the refund, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. And just to provide proof, here’s a picture of the fly.
Went here and experienced terrible customer service through the drive thru. All I wanted was for my chicken to be tossed, and when I went back in to get my food right, I was given a hard time. I could?ve asked for a refund but instead I asked for it to be corrected. It took me five times to finally get it right. This is my last time coming here.
Sauce, enough said. The fried chicken is good and the fries have a little kick to them. Their new signature club sandwich is amazing! My spouse really enjoys the House Salad with fried chicken and you can not go wrong about the French fries. Every Monday, EMT, Fire fighter, police and military receive 10% off any meal, how cool is that.
