The egg sandwich i ordered was completely messed up, the muffin was completely hard, so i couldnt feed the bread to my baby brother, the egg was cold and sticking to the bread and the cheese wasnt hot, but instead cold. the only thing good was the icecoffee. i am very disappointed in the service and can?t believe i wasted my money on this.
Come here a lot out of convenience but associates are very rude and the snackin bacon is often not prepared well at all (super soggy and often in a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bag) they forget parts of my order a good percentage of the time.service is not good at all. I know working in food doesnt pay super great so why would they care all that much so maybe thecompany needs to add more of an incentive for associates to provide quality
This place is fantastic! While the donuts can occasionally be a bit stale, they always had that perfect crunch when I was younger. The original glazed ones are a must-try. I especially love the iced coffee here—it's honestly better and cheaper than Dunkin'. They also have a great selection of non-dairy milk options. The coffee rolls, bagels, and hash browns are all delicious and just a few minutes away. It's impressive! The customer service is incredibly friendly, and they even recognize me by name.
I had a disappointing experience with the wraps I ordered. I placed two orders, and the first one arrived half assembled, with the outer edges hard and stale. The second wrap was better put together but it was burned. I spent $20 on delivery and couldn't even eat the meal. The customer support was terrible as well; I had to respond to automated questions and received no help from their bots. On a positive note, the coffee was warm, but overall, it was a dreadful experience.
