At these price points Primo is dangerously lacking in quality. You don't get what you pay for. received a $14 Bada Boom with burned chicken stall and barely provolone. To boot, the Makkaroni salad was packed 6 days ago with a sale of date extending 15 days after the packaging. Fresh ingredients like Primo advertised? Of course not.
I usually love Primo, but it's a little expensive. It's a treat when I spend the money. I'm very disappointed at the sandwich I just opened. There are a few problems, including burned chicken (I have the whacked chicken) soft role from overuse of pesto. Cheese didn't melt away, it was cold and I came home. I'm so sad that I look forward to it. They weren't super friendly on the phone either.
After I tried to order a tray, I was hung up because I called at a time that wasn't convenient for her. They said they would try their best to call back, and I asked if they would rather try another place where they reacted with good luck, they will say no and hang up
Apparently it is to much to ask to put mayonnaise on the sandwich. They just give you packets.
