Jack In The Box - Federal Way

Come here at night sometimes 10pm-12am. Drive thru worker makes ordering very difficult and tries to rush you as quickly as possible with literally no cars or line.If you ask for a combo or munchie meal she will just skip over all the options and just say “what else” or “anything else”. Doesn’t ask what side, drink or anything and will just give you the total without letting you pick the order. If you don’t specify any of the options you’ll just get some random thing. If you weren’t familiar with the menu or knew the different options you’d be confused or end up getting something you don’t want since she doesn’t ask you any questions or give you any options.Ex: Asked for double jack munchie meal“Ok anything else”“With halfsies and tacos”“Ok anything else”“Coke on the munchie meal”“Ok anything else”This happens pretty much every time I come to this location. It’s a small thing but it’s quite obnoxious especially when it happens literally every time.

Love Jack In The Box, always have. This particular store seems to struggle, came in drive thru late night, supposed to be 24 hour, but got no response so I left and hit McDonalds. Two other times it was a long wait with no one else there, seems they may need a faster cook, after all it is “fast food”.

My husband pulls up to the place at 8:30am and they said they don’t open until 9am. What?!? I don’t know ANY JITB that isn’t open at least by 7am if not 24hrs. If you’re not open until later then you may want to update your hours online because Google says you’re open at 4am.

I was here for lunch. The Jumbo Jack sandwich was tasty and the Coca~Cola tasted great. The dining room was clean and there were plenty of tables. The parking lot isn't level, possibly posing a challenge for wheelchair customers. The service was quick and accurate.

They are actually closed a small female voice said at 2:20 am. The jack in the crack in Kent was open at this time yesterday ?
